Our garden and great room are perfect for small gatherings such as  small weddings (100 or less in attendance), showers, birthday parties, family reunions, afternoon tea, painting parties, wine tastings, etc. Have a unique request? Just ask!

 

A daytime event (between the hours of 12:00-2:00pm or 1:00-3:00pm) is $350 for with one hour before and after allowed for set up and tear down. The reason for the strict hours is due to cottage guests checking in/out.

To have more flexibility during your event, you can rent all 3 cottages the evening of your event and you will have the property from 12:00pm day of until 12:00pm the next day. The grounds rental rate is reduced to $250, and you can have your 2 hour event anytime after 12:00pm. Cottage prices are $159 for Rose Cottage, $179 for Trails End, and $199 for the Honeymoon Cottage. These rates include breakfast the next morning. There is a $30 savings per room if no breakfast is requested.  We also offer cash savings, please ask for details.

For an event past the hours of 3:00pm, all 3 cottages must be rented, as well as a $250 fee for the great room/grounds for a 2 hour event. Cottage prices are $159 for Rose Cottage, $179 for Trails End, and $199 for the Honeymoon Cottage. These rates include breakfast the next morning.
