Reservation
and Cancellation Policy
As
an exclusive, private Bed and Breakfast, we do not overbook as large hotels
often do. Your credit card guarantee or one night deposit or cash or check will
hold the room you have chosen until your arrival on the agreed-upon date; although
you can pay any way you like upon check-out. We require a five-day notification
of your need to cancel your reservation. If cancelled before the five-day period,
you will not be charged and/or your deposit will be returned.
The Lindley House is a family-friendly environment and gladly welcomes your children. In the event of damages that cannot be repaired easily or without replacement (i.e. stains, broken items), you will be notified immediately and charged or billed accordingly.
We appreciate you honoring our policy of no pets; we are glad, however, to refer you to a local kennel.
The Lindley House rooms and cottages are non-smoking; for your convenience, there are several outside areas available.
